4.              (Also for children and social care) According to a joint study by the WHO and UNICEF , 20 million children world wide failed to receive potentially life saving vaccines in 2018, One in ten Children  , 1 countries accounted for 11.7 of the 19.4 million under and nonvaccinated youngsters in the world, in particular Nigeria (3 Mn), India (2.6 Mn), and Pakistan (1.4Mn)

5.              MoU between National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) under Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE) for enhance outreach on HIV/AIDS prevention. Include female sex workers and trabnsgender as target group. In 2018 were more than double the 2017, and in Dec 2019 already surpassed those of 2018. Last year Congo , Liberia , Madagascar, Somalia and Ukrain accounted 45% of all cases. In Congo (65000 in 2018 and 250000 in 2019 cases) and 5100 deaths.
