4.              (Also for children and social care) According to a joint study by the WHO and UNICEF , 20 million children world wide failed to receive potentially life saving vaccines in 2018, One in ten Children  , 1 countries accounted for 11.7 of the 19.4 million under and nonvaccinated youngsters in the world, in particular Nigeria (3 Mn), India (2.6 Mn), and Pakistan (1.4Mn)
5.              MoU between National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) under Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE) for enhance outreach on HIV/AIDS prevention. Include female sex workers and trabnsgender as target group. Inclusion of target groups of NACO and national Action Plan for Drug Demand reduction (NAPDDR) in programmes of NAPDDR and NACO for awareness generation. Nigeria had highest in malaria cases at 24%.India is second at 11%, sevcen states burden 90% amlaria- UP, JH, CHH, WB,GJ, OD, MP.
10.           Public awareness of vaccine importance. Meseals casezs globally during 2000 to 2018 decreased by 59%. But spike since 2016. In 2018 were more than double the 2017, and in Dec 2019 already surpassed those of 2018. Last year Congo , Liberia , Madagascar, Somalia and Ukrain accounted 45% of all cases. In Congo (65000 in 2018 and 250000 in 2019 cases) and 5100 deaths.
